EHS Postgraduate Colloquium, The University of Manchester, John Rylands Library, Deansgate, Friday, 24 February 2012
On behalf of the Committee of the Ecclesiastical History Society, we invite research student members—or prospective members—of the EHS to join us for the 2012 Postgraduate Colloquium, to be held in the historic setting of The University of Manchester, John Rylands Library, Deansgate on Friday, 24 February 2012. This has traditionally been an informal opportunity for students to get to know one another and to learn about each other’s work, and the papers are at least as interesting as those at the main conference! We would welcome offers of twenty-minute papers (on any topic in the history of Christianity). This will be followed by ten minutes for questions and discussion. To offer a paper proposal, send your name, department, institution, supervisor’s name, and proposed title to Dr Geordan Hammond at ghammond@nazarene.ac.uk by 1st February 2012.
For further information about the Society, please visit our website at: http://www.history.ac.uk/ehsoc/
Directions to the John Rylands Library, Deansgate can be found at: http://www.library.manchester.ac.uk/deansgate/visitus/howtofindus/
We look forward to seeing you in Manchester.
