School Research Office

The School Research Office aims to promote advanced research across the School, providing support in areas including individual projects, research seminars, funding applications, and preparation for the RAE. The School team consists of an academic Director of Research, plus four administrative staff, who seek to offer a team-based service to the academic community. The Directorate is governed by the School Research Committee, consisting of academic representatives from each of the School's disciplines and reporting to the central Policy Committee of the School. The Research Office and the Research Committee are committed to maximising the potential of the constituent parts of the School to maintain and achieve international research standing of a high order.
