Centre for New Writing

Centre's new appointees show what they can do

Vona Groarke and M.J. Hyland

Two of the Centre's distinguished new writers took to the Literature Live stage on 22 October, before a full house of students and members of the public.  Acclaimed poet Vona Groarke read from a broad selection of her work and was followed by Booker-nominated M.J. Hyland, who read a piece on her development as a writer and an extract from her forthcoming third novel.
