Mark Piggott has first novel accepted
Mancunion writer Mark Piggott, who graduated from the MA in Creative Writing in December 2006, has had the novel he wrote on the course accepted for publication.
Fire Horses will be published by Legend Press in 2008, with Mark giving a sneak preview at a Cornerhouse reading on 29 September (2007, 6.00pm - 8.00 pm). He has previously had stories and poems published in magazines and anthologies including Down the Angel (Pulp Books 2006).
Mark's journalism has been published in the Guardian, Observer, Independent, Star, Cosmopolitan and Company, and a further feature will appear in the Daily Telegraph this month (September).
