Postgraduate Study in Museology at Manchester is continually reviewed and developed in response to new research, emerging critical approaches and shifts in museum practice. The Centre for Museology offers four postgraduate degrees: A taught programme (MA) in Art Gallery and Museum Studies, two research programmes (MPhil and PhD) in Museology and a Professional Doctorate in Museum Practice. All programmes are offered for Full-time and Part-time study.
