Music at the Martin Harris Centre plays a vital role in the cultural life of the city. In over forty concerts each year we present:

a series by our resident ensemble Quatuor Danel

a dozen orchestral and choral concerts

a regular series of FREE lunchtime concerts

Psappha - The University of Manchester’s Contemporary Ensemble in Residence
The University Chorus and University Symphony Orchestra each give two public concerts per session.
A rich collection of concerts are performed by the Manchester University Music Society.
Music at The Universtiy of Manchester offers undergraduate and postgraduate students a stimulating and supportive learning environment with an excellent range of courses reflecting an outstanding research profile.
