Summer in the City: Geoff Ryman (Mcr Central Library)

Ryman’s science fiction includes The Unconquered Country (winner of the World Fantasy and British Science Fiction Association awards), The Child Garden (Arthur C. Clarke, John W. Campbell Memorial and British Science Fiction Association awards) and Air (John W. Campbell Memorial award).

 

His mainstream fiction includes 253, which won the Philip K. Dick Memorial award for best novel not in hardback, and Was.

 

This event will be followed by a Q & A session.
