Call for Papers

Call to Paper Presenters:

Conference participants have been offered the opportunity to publish their conference papers on Savifa, an electronic platform for  publishing and archiving academic literature in the field of South Asian  studies, based at the South Asia Institute, University of Heidelberg.

The paper will be made  available through SavifaDok , the Open Access  document server of Savifa.  The publication platform offers free access  to full-text documents and adheres to the principles of Open Access as well as  the goals of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

The papers will be  accessible through a special sub-portal with the title "20th ECMSAS -  Conference Papers".  If you would like to take advantage of this  opportunity, you should submit your paper to the Savifa co-ordinator Nicole  Merkel on merkel@sai.uni-heidelberg.de, preferably as a pdf document, along  with a short abstract in English.  You must also complete a copyright  agreement and return it to Nicole. This form is available by clicking on the link below.  Publishing on the Savifa  platform leaves all the rights with the authors, so that they are free to  publish their paper elsewhere.
